Salut Seafood Restaurant
This restaurant is about 30 kilometers outside of Kota Kinabalu city. It is located in rural place Kota Kinabalu, because seafood. We can see a number of large ponds in front of the restaurant where the breed fish and prawn. The restaurant is an open-air restaurant. The best time to to have meal there is during the evening because the temperature is cooler and can also get to watch sunset by the river.

The restaurant is circular-shaped, built of timber, and extends out over the water. The architecture is very simple, functional and in the local style. Before we go inside the restaurant, we can select a variety of seafood and vegetables that are available and specify how we want the food cooked. Most of the seafood is ordered by weight and priced accordingly. Once you we done that, you walk across a wooden platform built over the water and into the main dining area. After finish selecting the seating table, drinks can be ordered. Most of the people that come to the restaurant will choose fresh fruit juice, although beer and wine is available.

There are no competitor that are available through sight because Salut restaurant is the only restaurant near the lake at Jalan Sulaman

STRENGTHS:
Salut Restaurant have there own strength which is the deco of the restaurant and the variety of seafood that their customer can choose before dining.

WEAKNESS:
The sole weakness of this restaurant is their parking lot. Parking lot is limited to an amount of customer only and if the parking lot is full the other customer that just arrive there have to park their vehicle in a distance from the restaurant.

THREAT:
Some customer will argue about the way the restaurant pricing for each seafood that they choose and some of it might not be satisfy with the solution that the owner give.

In Salut seafood restaurant you can expect to pay RM40 to RM50 per person because restaurant have a package for customer according to the seafood that they pick for their meal and also the restaurant accept credit card and visa card if the customer want to pay by that method.
